When you create a post here you have 15 mins to go back and edit it, after that the post is locked.


If you originate the thread then one of the things you can edit is how the thread is treated, either as a question or as a statement of some sort. Questions have the question mark in the bubble icon the statement's icon looks like this post New Team: Community Specialists


The major difference between the tow are that the originator of the post can mart posts in the thread as helpful or as having solved the question. Statements don't have this capability,
