my ipad was stole while on a cruise,, it is not an ipad with a data plan, only one that connects to networks. it happened in the Bahamas on RCCL private island. is there anyway I can get my personal information off of it?

Did you install Find My iPad and configure it on iCloud.
If not then no.
Change your passwords.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.
