Itunes match not synching Ipod Touch?

Recently upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6.3. I have itunes match, but my ipod touch won't synch. I don't even get an option to manually manage my music. It is the same with my ipad mini. All connected to WiFi and I can download each song on my ipod individually, but want to download the whole 8 000 songs....any ideas?
