What's the best option for a hands-free microphone for the iphone?

I want to record voice memos while driving, but my Bluetooth headset mic does not work with voice memos. I can play back memos through the headset, but can't record with it. Holding the phone to my mouth is unsafe and impractical. I would also love to be able to use the Dragon Dictation app while driving.
