What the .... Apple??? Sync process has just wiped all my iPhone music

What the hey???

I've just completed a regular iPhone sync & backup, updating several apps & bang all the music & audiobooks have been wiped clean off the the phone.

Not only do you write s*#thouse iTunes updates. 11 is a dog. Now your system wipes files without notice. Keep up this crap work & I'll be exiting Apple on the next round of appliance upgrades.
