airport express not connecting to time warner cable

I am not sure what the issue is, but I can't seem to configure my Airport Express to link to the internet via a Time warner cable modem. Any suggestions?

Morning Rockgoose,

Some Internet service providers use a method called "hardware access provisioning" to regulate access to their networks.

AirPort Base Station: ISP provisioning may prevent Internet connection via broadband (cable or DSL)

If that doesnt work take a look at:

Hope this helps,

Mario
