When I try to download the update, the actual down load bar is not highlighted and therefore I cannot select it. How can I choose this option?

When I try to download an update, which my device says is available to me, the "download and install" bar is not highlighted, and therefore cannot select it. How can I get my device to let me choose the bar?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.3

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- What iOS is not on the iPod?

- How much available storage do yo have on the iPod? Settings>General>About>Available

- Connect to our computer and update
