Trnho uma apple tv terceira geração e desde que atualizei a versao do software, ela nunca mais ativou. Fico esperando horas e ela nao consegue definir data e hora. Já testei a conexao e esta tudo bem. Prece que algumas pessoas passam pelo mesmo problema, mas nao consegui encontrar soluções. Alguma?

Para resolver esse problema basta desconectar sua Apple TV do seu televisor e ligá-lo por USB ao seu computador (sem ligar a Apple TV na tomada). O iTunes automaticamente reconhecerá a Apple TV e *** disponibilizar a opção de restaurar configurações originais. É só selecionar essa opção e *** em diante o iTunes faz tudo sozinho. Depois é só conectar novamente à sua televisão e aproveitar.
Fiz esse procedimento utilizando um MacBook Pro e funcionou que foi uma beleza. Espero ter ajudado.
To resolve this issue simply unplug your Apple TV from your TV and connect it via USB to your computer (without connecting the Apple TV into the outlet). ITunes will automatically recognize the Apple TV and will provide the option to restore original settings. Just select this option and thereafter iTunes does everything alone. Then just connect back to your TV and enjoy.
I did this procedure using a MacBook Pro and it worked it was a beauty. Hope this helps.

From my POV, some of the most incoherent messages are posted – not by people for whom English is a second or third language – but rather by some whose primary language is English.

When I want answer to my questions, I struggle a lot to write English and it takes time. But that is best way to get the advice I need.
