Jan 21, 2015 6:36 AM in response to asiamarkby asiamark,The link sends you to icloud support but you need an apple device serial in order to log in further. I am going to cancel my credit card now so they cannot keep charging me for something I never use or needed in the first place

Jan 26, 2015 5:27 PM in response to asiamarkby Jamare L,You can easily downgrade your iCloud Storage by selecting the "Free" option. For a refund, you will need to get in touch with Apple Support. This has to be done 15 days after you've changed your iCloud Storage.

Nov 23, 2015 10:48 AM in response to Abidsaffafby dawnise,I gotta say you sound as upset as I was when I found an I cloud charge on my credit card, I can't even find anyplace on apple, iTunes, or I cloud where I even approved or ordered any storage with I cloud let alone how to cancel it and get my moneys back. IM FRUSTERATED
