I downloaded the Good for Enterprise app on to my iPhone 5 to receive work emails. Doing so disabled my capability to take screen shots. I want to remove the app entirely. But I can't figure out how to remove it from my profile. When I go to settings>general>profile, it is still showing up. How do I get it removed from settings?

On your iPhone tap and hold on the app until it comes up with a an X in a circle on it. Tap the app again to remove it and click on the button at the bottom to exit that mode.
Or, connect your iPhone to your Mac and launch iTunes. In the App section for the iPhone select and delete the app and sync with your iPhone.

Thank you for the comment, but I have already done both of those... The app is still some how putting restrictions on my phone, it is not allowing pop ups or me to take screen shots. It's still showing in Settings>general> profile... I don't know how to get it off of the profile setting
If you have deleted the app try a reset of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
Remove your work email account, that is ultimately where the profile came from.
