appstore language

Hello , I'm living in Denmark but I'm from Romania so i set my account like I'm from Denmark to register my card on apple account but when i set the country the appstore changed language in danish language so i want to know if i can change the language but not to change the country and one more think the phone dosen't change the language , just the appstore ......... and sorry for bad english ..
