How does one synch iphone, laptop and mac mail accounts (as well as other stuff?)

How can I see updated sent emails I have sent on all my devices/computers?

iPhone 4S, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

With an Exchange or IMAP email account.

Not supported with a POP account.
