If that doesn't fix it then it is a hardware problem.

I'll contact Mac Support here in Brazil. That's bad for a computer that has been mostly used for recording, editing, mixing audio. ... I'm disapointed with the computer...

Well, after reading I will contact apple's 0800 in Brazil and see where I can send this "thing" to repair.... desapointed very disapointed
