Q: How can I install iphoto 6 on an older mashine with snow leapard where to get it

Please can you help

I have an old whight mac duel core intell just installed snow lepard and now need iphoto but version11 will not work so ? can I use version 6

iPhone 5, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Old mac

    You need to buy an iLife DVD from a source such as Amazon or eBay; it can be an iLife 11 DVD. Alternatively, perform a custom install of iPhoto from the computer's original disks.

    iPhoto '11 will work with 10.6.8 - as will iPhoto '08 and '09 (and iPhoto 6) - you can purchase any of thoses ilife DVDs that you can find on eBay on Amazon and install iPhoto or all of iLife

     

    The App store only sells the latest version and it will not work on 10.6.8
