I have been making several payments on order made, but my card was declined and my account was funded enough to absorb these payments. Please help

Please help resolve the challenge of download, as my card was severally rejected am my account is funded enough for these payments.

Is the credit card registered to exactly the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account, and have you checked to see if it's your card issuer that is declining it ? If you have then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they see why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
