Q: My ipod nano seems to have died. The screen is black and I haave tried all the suggestions on the apple support site. It is plugged into the power. Any suggestions?

    Hi kerrabee,

     

    Just checking - when you say that you tried "all" of the suggestions, did you do the reset? Both before and after you connected to power? Did you hold down the buttons long enough? The Apple Logo sometimes can take 10-20 seconds to appear....
