Having problems purchasing in app purchases

I'm trying to buy additional content for a game application I've been playing and every time I try to buy it says "purchase could not be completed for more information, please contact www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/. I have tried several credit cards with no debt or anything. And it allows me to buy other apps and songs... Please help?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

You can contact iTunes support via this page and ask them why the message is appearing (we won't know why) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
