Purchased and paid for tokens on GSN Casino App but did not receive. HOw do I get tikens or a refund.

I purchased tokens to play games in the GSN Casino App. Money has been taken from my account but I have not received tokens. Have been unable to contact the GSN support.

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.3

Try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
