What i do if the Authorized agent Rejection my ipod ?

i have bought a classic ipod(5th)30GB from a shop here in Saudi Arabia / Riyadh .

but when i open it , it dosen't work at all . it's show me a sad face

Yesterday i took the ipod to the Service cinter ( Arab Business Machine LTD )

And with all the insolence they Refused to receive the device , the say we don't fix old things !!

i'm so annoyed from this Disposition
