I dont have a computer, only the ipad. And i gott the Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit for importing photo.
I want the pictures to automatic upload to dropbox, just like the automatic camera uploads dropbox have for the camera roll.
Any tips?

I have that done that, so all my pictures taken with the ipad camera is on automatic. I am thinking of the photos that is coming from my sony camera....
Transfer some pictures from your Sony camera to Camera Roll and they will automatically be uploaded to Dropbox.

Suggest you try this out:
1. Turn on Camera Upload in Dropbox
2. Turn on Background Uploading in Dropbox
3. Copy 10 photos onto a SD Card; the photos must be located inside a folder named DCIM, and their names must have eight characters e.g. DSC12345.jpg
4. Use the Camera Connection Kit to transfer the 10 photos to Camera Roll
5. These 10 photos should automatically upload to Dropbox Camera Upload folder

Do i have to name the folder on a computer? Or settings on camera(sony)?

Forget about the above test, just remember you do not have a computer.
Just shoot 10 photos with your Sony camera and transfer them to Camera Roll via the Camera Connection Kit. The photos should automatically upload to Dropbox.
