How do I transfer songs or movies from a computer to the other?

I am using homehsaring in iTunes 11. But I can no longer copy from other computers or drag the songs not in my library as I used to. I dont even get the button asking to show all item not in my library. What should I do? I am only able to stream the songs.

Please help me because it is driving me insane!!
