my ipad4 is frozen,there is a window shows icloud backup,but when i touch either button it won't react.
I already create an apple id but now I want to change to another one , how i do it

You can tap on the id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores if it's on iOS 6) and log out of it and you can then log in with a different account. Any content that you have on the iPad from your old account will remain tied to that old account, so only that account will be able to re-download its purchases and/or download updates to its apps
