Q: how do I put the keyboard backlight on.

Hi, I have a Macbok Pro and The keyboard backlight seems to of gone off, how do I put it back on?!

I can adjust the brightness of it, but cant put it back on.

If anyone can help that would be great.

Check your keyboard settings in System Preferences.

There is only a Setting to adjust brightness in low light.

The backlight will not stay on all the time if the room is bright. It will only come on in low light conditions. If your backlight is not coming on in low light conditions, see if zapping your pram will resolve the issue.

my Macbook doesnt have that on the screen,

where this one is present it says on mine : 'adjust keyboard brightness in low light'

I cant find the illuminate keyboard

Which os version are you using and which model Macbook Pro do you have?
How to identify MacBook Pro models

Did you zap the pram as previously suggested?
