Recently my hard drive crashed, and I lost my data. I have my music library on my I pod 4 Touch, and I need to know if I can, and how to, upload my music from the touch to the cloud to restore on my computer. Is it possible? Please advise.

You can't upload to iTunes Match from an iPod, only from a computer. If they are iTunes purchases then you should be able to copy them over to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. If they came from other sources and you don't have them on a backup then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which might be able to copy them back from your iPod : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991
