When attempting to connect calendar to my business's gmail server (google apps) I'm getting "certificate mismatch" and "couldn't establish secure server connection" error.
The cert that it sees for our domain is really a cert provided by our web hosting provider, for our website.
I have no problems connecting to our gmail via a browser (it's secure, no cert problems), as we connect to https://mail.google.com and login with our full "firstname.lastname@example.org". But it appears calendar is using the "domain name" to try and find a cert and using the mx record to find a secure server at @domainname.com - instead of using mail.google.com.
Any ideas where to begin?
