I accidently deleted a note from my iphone 5 is there any way to recover it from icloud?
You can try restoring your iCloud backup, however Apple's documentation does not explicitly say that it contains notes so this may not recover it. (If you are backing up to your computer using iTunes rather than to iCloud, the backup will include notes.)

You have to start by erasing the phone so if there's any newer data on it that is not contained in your last backup, you'll need to save that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go through the setup screens on the phone and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup. Then sign into your iCloud account and choose your backup to restore from.
Be sure you phone is connected to wifi and your charger as this may take a while to finish.
