What do most people do as far as deleting clips out of their Event once they make their project out of it?
To save hard drive space, If I delete my clips in Event, once I'm done editing them into my project, will they be deleted from my project too?
And any other arranging, organizing, hard drive space saving tips too, thank you.

I still wonder if I delete an event clip that is used in my project, will it also be deleted out of my project?
I am also wondering if I can rearrange the clips in my Events, like you can arrange photos in Facebook Albums. By just clicking and dragging them to a different spot?
Your project will be affected if you delete an event clip.You will observe this by seeing an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle on the affected clip in your project.In other words your project will be missing the deleted clip.
As to your second question about re-arranging clips in the event----. I dont know, I have never tried, but can't think of a reason to do this as you can do this in your project.
thanks. I want to rearrange them in Events because I may not get to edit my many videos for a while and as they stack up, they are not in an easy to understand chronological order. I was told to edit them in Events and THEN put them in Project for whatever reasons? Otherwise I could just drag them into Project as soon as I import and edit later.
