Desk top does not have serial number WINDOW PRODUCT

All my movies can not be accessesed. iCloud 2.2.1 will not accept ID dmconnell@windstream.net. or Password. Cloud set up but as Skydrive in Outlook can not reach the Cloud. Only have i3.3 OS with One HDMI being used by Monitor. If I did get an iPad what port would it connect to. USB? Cloud will only accept da.mcconnell@iCloud.com While iTunes is dmcconnell@windstream.net. Outlook will only accept da.mcconnell. Uncompatible information.
