Hi PACHIL,

This is expected behavior, the Apple Logo screen with a loading bar is indication that your device is restoring data.

iPad displays Apple logo with progress bar after updating or restoring from backup

(The above article applies to iPhone as well)

However, if the iPhone is stuck on this screen for too long, something may have gone wrong. If so, we will need to restore the iPhone in recovery mode:
