Someone help me , I have trouble buying an in-app purchase for the game . When I tried buying it , a note pops up and it says that please go to www.apple/support/iTunes/ww/. HELP , I need to get my hands on that in app item .

I tried purchasing an in-app purchase but it won't let me . It says , 'please go to www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/. Can anyone help me figure this out as I want to get the in-app purchase
