I have a bluetooth mouse and am not sure how to connect it to my laptop.
I have tried to scan and pick it up with bluetooth in system preferences but it doesnt seem to pick up the mouse which has batteries and is turned on and working as a blue light on the bottom flashes when you move it.
Help?

Instead of Bluetooth in System Preferences try Mouse
You need to make sure the mouse is in discoverable mode. The way to activae this varies with each make and model.
