Liquids can cause all kinds of damage and short circuits inside a computer. The MacBook Air needs to be examined by an Apple technician to determine the amount and kind of damage that has been done.

If you have an Apple store, take the MacBook Air to the genius bar for testing.

If no Apple store is avaialble, request service by going to the ExpressLane at: https://expresslane.apple.com
