My mail is still not working?

So this all started on April 26 when I was sending some emails with pictures in them. Now I can't receive any mail from the application and I really need to. It keeps telling me that it is unable to connect because

"There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “AOL” or try again.

The server returned the error: The connection to the server “imap.aol.com” on port 993 timed out."

Please Help Me!!! Sorry, I've tried everything Apple has told me to and I'm out of options😢
