Q: Can't use iPad due to "not enough storage" error

My ipad2 won't respond. Error says "not enough storage" iCloud. It won't go to settings or close message.

iPad 2, iOS 6

Reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.
