Welcome to Apple Support Communities
In the past, it was possible to get your computer with Office if you asked for it, but now it's not possible. Are you sure you get the Mac with Office? Note that you may have bought the Mac with iWork apps (Numbers, Pages and Keynote) instead of Office. If you haven't got those apps in your Mac, your computer hasn't got any Apple iWork or Microsoft Office apps, so you have to install them
Who told you it had Office?
Hi Dil Thapa. I just found the answer for you question. I was looking for Office as well. So here is where you would find it:
Finder -> Macintosh HD -> Microsoft Office 2011
Actually it would be Finder>Macintosh HD>your user folder>Applications>Microsoft Office 2011.
But the user may not actually have it so it won't be.
SO, I'm completely new to the MacBook world, and I just installed office, so not a dumb question at all! I can't find the office products. Where are they hidden And how can I make them accessible all the time? Your MacBook may come with Office, because mine did and I just had to install it!!
