MacBook Pro freezing for no reason

Basically every so often, usually every other day or so my MBP will just randomly freeze up as if there's too much going on on it although it doesn't seem to be overheating or even that the CPU is at full capacity. It seems to happen a lot more if i'm using both AI and PS at the same time but still happens when i'm not using either, pretty much every app i'm using at the time freezes up apart from the Twitter desktop app from the App Store so i have literally no idea what's wrong with it. If i leave it for about 20/30 minutes it unfreezes but most of the time i'm way too impatient for that so i force a reboot.

Here's what my iStat dashboard app looks like when it's starting to freeze

The next time you have the problem, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.

If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.

Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select

View Show Log List

from the menu bar.

Scroll back in the log to the time you noted above. Select any messages timestamped from then until the end of the episode. Copy them to the Clipboard (command-C). Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).

When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.

Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

It just happened, althought it force restarted on it's own and came up with the 'Your computer has restarted because of a problem' screen, heres the console although it looks like nothing happened whilst it was frozen

If you have more than one user account, you must be logged in as an administrator to carry out these instructions.

In the Console window, select the most recent panic log under the heading System Diagnostic Reports on the left. If you don't see that heading, select

View ▹ Show Log List

from the menu bar. Post the entire contents of the panic report — the text, please, not a screenshot. In the interest of privacy, I suggest you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header and body of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.) Please don't post shutdownStall, spin, or hang reports.

Any chance you'd see something in this log? My Mac mini keeps freezing, even after I replaced the hard drive on the advice of the mac genious bar guy who told me there were multiple I/O errors indicating a failing hard drive.
