If yo have a 5G, did you turn Siri one in Settings>General?
Is it hidden in Settings>General>Restrictions?
The 5th gen. iPod touch has always come with iOS 6 (including siri) right out of the box.
What do you mean by saying that you upgraded it? It starting shipping with iOS 6 when it came out in October 2012.
Are you sure it is not a 4th gen? The 4th gen. is not compatible with siri.
ok, i have a white 32GB but can i check the model # i have to see if its a 4th of 5th? i was lead to believe
i bought a 5th generation (purchased last summer) and i know it had OS 5 as i upgraded to 6 when it came out.

You have a 4G. The 5G only came out in Oct/Nov 2012. No Siri on 4G
