iCloud Control Panel install-me nagging

How do I stop the iCloud Control Panel "Install Me" pop-up from bugging me every time i run iTunes.

The only options are to "Install" or "Remind Me Later".

I do not want to "Install" it ever, nor do I want to be constantly "Reminded" to install it.

Is there a switch for this I've missed, or a registry setting I can change to stop this constant nagging to join the bloody cloud?

iTunes-OTHER, Windows 7

From what I have determined myself by messing with it long enough.

Open iTunes, click remind me later, close iTunes. Rinse and repeat. I believe it took me four times before it gave me an option that said no thanks. Clicked that, closed and reopened and it didn't prompt me again.

This is just more Apple Arrogance. It makes all users angry when the Apple nag has no exit door.
