Can you change multiple folder icons at once.
Changing one by one would take forever so is there way that you can change multiple folder icons at once.

I believe the option you are looking for is the File menu's multiple item Inspector option. It is outlined for earlier versions of the OS in the following archived article, but the behavior should be similar in Mountain Lion:
