I recently had my computer cleaned out and I plugged my Iphone up and all of my music (2500 songs) are gone. Please help

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup, not good, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
