Trouble with internet connection?

I have trouble with the internet connection off my airport extreme. The internet seems to be blocked sometimes by my airport extreme.

AirPort Extreme 802.11n (5th Gen)

I found in another discussion that the latest update should be the troublemaker so i reinstalled the previes software it working great for now

I only use i-phone and i-pad now so i don't know where these are running on
