What does this error message mean?

I just finished migrating to my new 13" MacBook Pro with retina display. However, I have seen this error message for years on my old MacBook pro. I had hoped that moving to a new computer would get rid of the error message burt it did not work. This message appears every time I start up my computer, and that is the ONLY time that it appears. What does it mean and how do I make it go away?
