Q: How do I access Site Manager?

We have an iTunes U public site. I can log in as administrator at https://deimos.apple.com/WebObjects/Core.woa/SignIn/ourschool.com. I can edit and create. However, I am unable to log in to the site manager at https://sitemanager.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/DZStudio.woa/wa/SignIn. How do I log into the site manager?
