Facebook battery drain

Today i got 4 hrs of usage and its 40%, 100%-80% browsing heavy sites, watch 10 min video (2.30hrs), playing games with wifi on (hay day, clashofclans, subway) 80%-65% (1.5hrs), its facebook time (65-41) in 1 hrs 40 minutes, does fb causes battery drain? im chatting with 3 friends and facebook crashes and lags
