APS HAVE NOT COME THROUGH TO IPAD FROM PC
i have downloaded lots of free aps on pc which is in sync with ipad 2 but they are not arrived,this was over 12 hours ago

You should be able to sync them to your iPad (if they are compatible with it) by connecting the iPad to your computer and selecting it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (if you have iTunes 11 on your PC then you can enable the left-hand sidebar via control-S), and then use the Apps tab on the right-hand side of iTunes to select and them to the iPad - is that how you are you trying to sync them, and, if it's not working, what happens when you try ?
