Syncing using my iPhone/iMac (cal, contacts, etc.)?

Syncing using my iPhone/iMac (cal, contacts, etc.) iMac to iPhone. How do I get syncing both ways? It used to work. I've tried syncing from the computer, and from iCloud. I've resorted to duplicating updated information everytime I have a new date or contact.

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 3.4GHz i7, 8GB, GTX680MX

Hey blind guy!

I see that you are having issues with syncing your information to your computer through iCloud and iTunes. One step you may want to try is turning off the syncing of your information when syncing with iTunes and just syncing your information with iCloud. If that does not achieve the desired results, then I have found an article that should help you troubleshoot the issue. It can be found here:

Sync Services: Advanced troubleshooting for contact and calendar syncing
