When using an image in the widget and playing a sound I lose the "pause and continue function". Any work arounds?

Hi,

When using an image instead of a sound icon for the media widget, i lose the funtion of "stop, pause and play again" when playing a sound file.

When putting in the editor the setting to "loop" you can stop the sound, and play again...but it starts at the beginning. ( which is not the same as pause)

And of course loops in the end which i do not want.

Any ideas on how to get the same functions as the sound icon for an image when playing a sound? Thank you.
