my macbook wont turn on
My MacBook is stuck on the login password screen, and even when i turn it off the Mac Book screen is still on to the login page. The mouse wont move, i cant type in a pasword and nothing will happen. What do i do?

If the computer is unresponsive, you can force the computer to shut down by pressing the power button and holding it for at least 5 seconds.
Important: If you do this, information in any unsaved documents may be lost.
