Moved video of iTunes to iPad, now video buffers in Video Player

Hello all,

I'm stumped! I moved a video from iTunes to my iPad4. When I go to play it within my iPad, the video will play for a few seconds, then stop. It then seems to buffer some and will start to play, but then it will stop, until the buffer picks up. Now I did the same thing with my iPad2 and the video plays with no problems. Any suggestions? When I go into settings, video, I only have two options to chose from. I'm not able to a/v sync or do anything really within this area.
