I am able to download single songs. But when I am clicking on Complete my album, it is not downloading. Saying "Your Purchase cannot be completed: For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/"
You will need to contact iTunes support and ask them why that message is appearing, on these forums we won't know why : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
