HT1849 single songs are downloadable but complete album is not..... why?

I am able to download single songs.  But when I am clicking on Complete my album, it is not downloading.  Saying "Your Purchase cannot be completed: For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/"

 

I wonder why? 

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
